Ticket Policy
Each ticket grants the named purchaser admission to the specified GREEN ROOM event, subject to these terms and any reasonable venue rules communicated for the event.
All Sales Final
Tickets are sold on a strictly non-refundable and non-returnable basis. Please review the event details and your order carefully before completing payment. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, requests to cancel, change, or refund a ticket because of a change in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, late arrival, or non-attendance will not be accepted.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law. If GREEN ROOM cancels an event entirely or makes a material change for which a refund is required by law, the applicable legal requirements will apply.
Event Changes and Admission
GREEN ROOM may make reasonable changes to an event’s schedule, programme, speakers, format, or venue where circumstances require. Where practicable, material updates will be sent to the contact details supplied at checkout. Admission is subject to venue capacity, lawful safety requirements, and respectful conduct. A ticket may not be resold commercially, duplicated, or used for fraudulent purposes.
Orders and Confirmation
Your order is not confirmed until Shopify records the order and payment has been successfully processed or otherwise confirmed by the authorised payment provider. Keep your order confirmation and present it on arrival if requested.
